Celeste is an original Kestrel concept study developed through a broad visual exploration of proportion, environment and road presence. The project moves from core form studies into a series of cinematic settings to test how the design reads across different light, scale and motion conditions.

Presence Across Environments

Celeste was developed as much through context as through isolated form. Repeated environmental studies helped test whether the concept retained a coherent identity away from a controlled studio setting.

Design Development

Phase 01: Core Form

The initial study established the core stance, body volume and visual identity before the concept was tested in more expressive environments.

Phase 02: Architectural Context

Architectural settings were used to judge scale, reflections and the relationship between the vehicle’s surfaces and structured surroundings.

Phase 03: Character Study

A more dramatic environment pushed the concept beyond a neutral studio read and helped define its character as a complete visual object.

Phase 04: Motion & Road Presence

Road and track imagery tested the design at speed, with emphasis on stance, silhouette and the way the body carries through motion.

Phase 05: Final Visualisation

The final visual set expands the concept into wet-road and mountain-road scenes, showing the design across a wider cinematic range.

The final image set gives Celeste a broader visual world and demonstrates how the design holds together across architecture, open road, track and wet-weather scenes.
